A: Yes, But it is harder to be a non member in the CPMA you will be in different clothing and sad because of that. But you may win the rights of membership.
Q: Doe's it cost money to join the CPMA?
A:No, that will be unfair to every body to have to pay for memberships for an army that stops the unfair membership dilemma.
